Non-Raid Debuff% and Fibanomnom
Is the Buff for Non-Raid Debuff Percentage working on Fibanomnom?
I am asking because on Super-Pi you have a Value of your Applied Crit% shown but Fibanomnom just says Multiplied by a hundred. I cant really check against my Attack Speed either as it is 0.002 on normal enemies.

It does work since if you fight Fibanomnom then upgrade the theory that increases Non-Raid Debuff the time to attack goes down, also the time to attack Fibanomnom without any Non-Raid Debuff is the same as the time to attack Pentangle with nuke mode x10.
