Also a few things, but mostly yes:
- Learn the Battle Values (I just wrote them down in Steams new 'Notes' feature. Just make a Note, name it Enemy Threshholds and write down the threshholds, when you start to two-hit them instead of one-hitting. Make sure to have 2 chapters, one for current values and one for outdated, this helps alot.
For me it looks like this:
Enemy Threshholds
Old Enemy Kill Threshholds
Gamma: 8170+
Napier: 10333+ 13000-
Pentangle: 10750+
Fibanomnom: 1800+
New Enemy Kill Threshholds
Alpha: 24000
VarMan: 13500
- I get that the Auto-Start may seem terrible, but it is well needed if you play idle. It's much more attractive to get bad values that reroll once every while into something good and one-crit everything for 8 hours than to start killing 1 good enemy in one second instead of 500 good to bad depending on luck. Remember that the effect of the incremental difficulty hits hard after a short time making your damage neglectable.
So much for my 2 cent, have a nice one :)
Things can go fast and well if you take the time to understand how they can do so. i don't think Automation as a no-brainer should ever be the way to do so. i agree that the very lot of them aren't even worth spending the time to undestand how rubbish they are.
But auto-start on battle spirale is a free tool, no spirale points engaged, just a reward for defeating tons of ennemies, so you don't even have to consider or not unlocking it in term of spirale points, and decision making. And you also want this free, usefull, automation to come with a whole menu of settings ?
About ω-prestige, it also is a free automation, so i wouldn't expect much from it. And well... it saves some click on each P-Prestige ? (and truly, maybe i'm too far, or not far enough in the game, but i don't see a world where you don't want to ω-prestige as soon as you can (exception to challenges making it useless), i mean, a multiplier going from 66.61^18.5 to 83.27^19.5 (exemple from the current state of my game) worth more than any upgrade i can buy)
It's only bad because of how the other automations around it behave. On its own in isolation, it's great. The point is you WANT to "ω-prestige as soon as you can" and the auto-buy automation takes priority.
