Windowed Mode

Windowed mode's dimensions aren't quite correct. The title bar at the top bushes the bottom part of the window down below the bottom of the screen. This causes part of the game window (and importantly, the options menu) to become partially or fully hidden.

Going with a smaller window resolution is not a good solution to this because the game's text then becomes too small to read. And increasing the font size is not a solution to that because the game's text is confined to text boxes that have limited dimensions, and the text boxes do not adjust to the increased font size, causing a lot of text to get cut off.

In other words, the moment you decide to go with any option other than full screen mode, some part of the game becomes unreadable or inaccessible.

This happened to me, is there any shortcut key to launch the options menu to return it to full screen?
