Items won't drop

So I know this is their way of clearing out bots but if it also affects regular players then what's the point? just waiting for a fix if there isn't one already.

Reported the bug, got told it was the anti-cheat system working as intended because I have multiple accounts according to their system. Only have 1 account so officially unable to play.
