There's a manual auto for evasion guard setting already no? Currently I don't have a laptop but I do remember there's a setting for manual evasion/guard on this desktop version already

It should be defaulted to manual guard and evasion immediately for the PC client. You need two things next.

Key binds, you need to check it on the settings. The default is usually shift and space.

Equipment that let's you do manual evasion and guard, it usually says on the weapon like daggers and light armor is for evasion while ths and shield are for guarding.
