"Memory Unable to load / Unauthorized Action" Error
Was playing fine for one day. Today I turned on PC to play Toram again but I keep getting an error "Memory didn't load correctly"/"Unauthorized Action Detected". I've tried reinstalling the game, reacquiring game data, and closing all non-necessary background applications. Nothing works. Trying to find a "fix" for this online is impossible as most of it pertains to the mobile version. Support for the PC version is basically non-existent. Even when I try to file a ticket it asks for my Mobile OS and nothing about PC at all.

Anyone having similar issue or have an actual fix for this?

I found out that the issue was my Steelseries GG software that I use to set different EQ settings for my Arctis 7 Headset... what a joke. Easy uninstall

Same, I couldn't enter the game. It's sad we have to uninstall a f*cking essential software just to play lmao.

Yup. This is the only game I've played with such an aggro built in anti-cheat that will false positive peripheral software like this. Sad part is I took a look through reviews/past discussions and Asomibo is ignoring the feedback. Reports about this started right when the game came to PC.

Oh well, onto the next game.

Bro, I tried turning off my windows defender and it worked. Just wanted you to know so you can play again.

They seem to ignore feedback about everything to be honest.

They've received tons of feedback on the issue where you're being told that in-app purchase may be restricted on your device when trying to purchase Orbs in-game but haven't lifted a finger to fix it.

It's like they don't want money from Steam users.

I've read about some kind of a work-around but it's not a work-around when you have to install the game on a different device, that device being a mobile phone. Add to that, you can't even access any Orbs you buy on your phone. That being said, i can't even install it on my phone for some reason, so i can't even support the developer no matter how much i'd like to. I've sent a support ticket about it but haven't heard back from them.

Yeah it's a shame to see a game release by a developer who doesn't seem to care about any form of feedback or bug reports.

Wanted to like this game, but oh well.. Guess i'll find something else to scratch my mmorpg itch lol..

I'll give this a try over the weekend. But if even Windows Defender is triggering this game's Anti-Cheat than that is a even bigger oversight on Asomibo's end lol

Edit: Disabling my AntiVirus did nothing
Edit 2: Uninstalled my Steel Series Headset program and switched to Equalizer APO instead. Can play the game without issue.

I have already done everything, I even formatted windows and the same thing keeps happening to me, I left only the game and the ssd with the newly installed windows and that damn problem keeps coming up, I don't know what else to do.

I solved my problem by unplugging the ethernet cable and using wifi instead.

If anyone shares the internet to your PC from your smartphone. Try to use the mobile Wifi of the same. It might solve the problem

Has anyone found a way to stop this from happening? im deleting stuff again and again and it only works for a while then after some hours it does the same again..Help
getting the same thing, closed absolutely everything and still nothing.

edit:
apparently i had virtual network adapters enabled. stuff like zero tier, and vpn. after disabling them I was able to play the game properly.

thank you so much, i totally forgot that i had zero tier installed as i only needed it for a project. After deinstalling it i can finally log in again :D - many thanks ! :D :mhwgood:

We have to turn off anti virus software to play this game? So you are telling me that if anyone happen to turn my pc into a bitcoin mine, I just have to deal with it ?
