isn't every account attached to every email address we use??? why cant we log in our account on mobile on pc/laptop??? when the email address is logged in, our characters is not there??just why is it like that??

you may not have done it correctly, when transferring from mobile to pc, you launch the game as regular, go to account settings, then hit login, one on the web page use your log in from your mobile device *be sure that the first letter of your email is capatalized, as well as the G in gmail, and that your password doesnt have any symbols in it* and of course make sure you register your account on the mobile device as well, by doing the same thing as before but clicking register instead of login
