Firstly I would like to say that I am completely disappointed and saddened by this situation.

I have been playing occasionally for two years when I have free time (previously due to study and currently due to work). I enter the game, feed my pets, water the garden, cook buffs, put something to sell on the board/recover the spina of something sold; I buy a new item to adjust my qadal dps mage build (I was focusing on elemental damage for kuzto and finstern, I could already hiit kill them with 60% health), and I'm going to test my damage and use my tank character to have some fun (this routine is daily in the few hours I play), I even started playing again this week after 6 months.

Yesterday I followed the same routine as always; I bought an item, bought an item for magic pierce (more of 100% m. p. in my qadal char), tested my damage on difficult boses, breaking the record of 19 seconds in finstern and 39 in kuzto (I was very happy to finally start to have results because I was weak, but I learned how to adjust items by studying the game and profile (mages qadal), I also played tank.

Around midnight and feeling very sleepy, I bought an Astral lamp and ran to Sofia asking for an Extract xistal service to remove my Star wizard and add it to it. While waiting, he fell asleep and the character stayed there throughout the night. When I woke up I saw that the xtal was removed but the connection with the server dropped because the message appeared on the screen, I wasn't surprised at that, it's normal to happen.

When I tried to relog to finally use xtal on the astral lamp and test my dps once again, a big warning appeared on the game's home screen saying that my login attempt was restricted and that I couldn't use that account again. My world fell... my heart hurts even now; I didn't do anything (ever) that violated the rules of Asobimo and Toram, just playing occasionally after work, without participating in chats or many random teams, just playing solo with mercenaries, my tank, LOVING METACOENUBIA POISON and this happened... I don't know what to do, support doesn't answer me, there are no tutorials, there is no information on the website, I'm abandoned and lost... I really have an attachment to this account because I've been playing for 2 years and now everything is gone for something I don't have the slightest knowledge of the justification, that's sad...

Asobimo, GM or those responsible, please, I beg you to answer me, don't abandon me and know that I would never do anything bad against your game that I love so much, my name is BR| Lovecraft (my YouTube channel is WADGET), I post some gaming stuff when I have time, and I'm not a hacker or anything related to that or any bad attitude...

Yeah I lost my original account about 4 months ago after a system error on their end. Sucks that after I gave them every possible detail to prove that my account was in fact mine. They still couldn't fix the issue. So, I now can't login back into my main account ever again because an error on their end banned my account. I hope you get better luck than I did. Their customer service is terrible.

The suport say i dont go recive my acoount again because i "used cheat". But i never do it... Sad, im decided abandone this game forever, i never go play this again.

i just losed 3 years of gameplay because a system error or a random using cheat in the pt. Ty asobimo.
