Cant buy orbs, please help.

Kinda confused as this is the first time ive experianced something like this, i cant buy orbs, period. the shop tells me to check my overlays, but thats not an issue in any other game, payday, warframe ect.

Utterly at a loss for words as the internet has been of no help, ive seen one other person have the same issue and no solution was found on that post.
Any wisdom from the people on here maybe? as i have overlay set to be active in both the games lib setting and my account settings, very confused.

same here , can't buy any orbs. It s kinda annoying . i think it s nor rreally possible to buy some for steam users. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TORAM : LET ME RUIN MYSELF IN YOU . Too much affection brings to blocking us i think. i looked in other forums , and there is this issues for many people. I guess we will have to use the free chest everyday. Good luck partner...

So they still haven't bothered fixing their steam link so people can purchase premium currency..

I reported this LAST YEAR.. I honestly do not have enough arms for the massive facepalm these developers deserve, for not sorting out something all other developers have sorted out BEFORE they release their games on Steam..

No wonder this game barely have any players through Steam...

It worked fine for a friend of mine, hes in the USA, im guessing it has something to do with european zoning laws about buying stuff like this

There's no law in Europe that prohibits the purchase of premium currency in online games.

i managed to buy orbs and i use steam. i needed to add my bank card to steam and put some money into my steam wallet then i was able to buy orbs. its a bit annoying and a long progress but yeh

it sadly does not, as the list of avalible amouts of orbs and their currency conversion list, is not showing, thats my issue, so having money in steam would do very little, i guess i could try but i doubt it would change anything, and there are anti gambling laws in europe, i was thinking maybe there was some fringe thing in the shop that had it labeld as gambling, i dont know.

It's a tedious and unnecessary process, when you look at all the other online games and their developers out there, that have managed to sort out that transaction system before launching their games on steam.

This developer is just super lazy and ignore the PC players on Steam, completely.

In my case, when i posted a support ticket about it, the reply i got contained questions about my mobile phone operator, my mobile phone model etc. No questions about anything PC related whatsoever.

I replied to them and added more details, but i still got the same ridiculous questions where they wanted to know my mobile phone operator, mobile phone model etc, even when i had specifically told them i am playing through Steam and not on a mobile phone.

It's quite frankly pathetic to release a game with in-app purchases and not having set up the system to work with Steam transactions. It just blows the mind really, how a developer manages to ignore the most important feature for their game, the feature that actually allow them to make money off of their game in the first place..

I agree, i got a similar response and i just ignored them, such a shame, it seems like a nice game and i wanted to support them but i wont when they wont put in the bear minimum effort.
