Why on earth do you loose weapons from one level to the next.
I like the many different guns you have but you do not know what your picking up and what your fire is going to be.
Say im firing some long missle type weapons, the next collectable will give me say a ray or a different colored type of shot.
There is little telling on the ship screen where there's stars for each ship type what exactly that means in ANY format.
The gameplay is good but i would like to see say a windowmode.
A selection on how big the window is.
I would like to use the number pad keys 8,5,4,6 keys as my arrows. so some other way of refining keys.

A typical game like this says that when you pick up a powerup theres something to indicate that you have done so. Right now there's a color and a different style of bullet.
No indicator of what if anything it might be better until you start shooting at something and finding out if its a better or worse weapon.

So just some feedback.
