audio issue

don't know what's going on but i'm having an audio issue whenever i start the game there's no audio and i don't know how to got it to turn on i don't know if it's common or uncommon but can anyone help i'm using the quest 3 and virtual desktop

I get the same. If I open the steam or windows menu from my controller I immediately lose all sound. The menu open/close still makes a sound so obviously my audio setup is working fine. The game just apparently stop outputting audio or changes output or something

Click on the game window on your desktop after it loads. That started the audio for me. Quest 3.

I have the same issue but only when I use steam link

This issue happens with VD as well. Operencia: The Stolen Sun game is similar, but instead of a sound issue, you can't controll the games menu or anything. You have to click the game window on your monitor first. Then the sound/controlls will work ok. Wish there was a fix. So far It only seems to effect these two games..

I have the same issues. Trying to understand the fix.
I'm running the game on my OQ3, via WIFI through Steam.
Once I run the game through the OQ3. Then go to your desktop (just go to the desktop, do nothing else?)
Then go back to the OQ3, and continue the game?
If so I tried that it didn't work, but I can try it again.

So after a couple of reboots, the audio appears to be working now. Weird.
