AS-Win64-shipping.exe AS createprocess() returned a 5

uninstalling and re installing doesn't fix. never gets to any loading screens. not so fun.

Possible fixes:
- Run the game as an administrator (can require PC restart)
- Make sure the game is not targeted by an antivirus, which can sometimes block it from accessing the required game files.

Admin doesn't help. re install doesn't help. Updated NVIDIA drivers, game ran once, after that back to same error.

This error is caused by the game executive file being unable to access necessary game data files - it's some issue with the setup.

Usually, antivirus is the answer. You can also try installing it on a different drive/location and see if that changes anything.

Try launch the game with -dx11 or -d3d11

or you can also try DXVK 1.10.3 are latest version

Need to extract dxgi.dll & d3d11.dll (x64 version) into :

If your Graphics card are a resent card you can use latest version or try latest version of DXVK
