Thanks for the information. In regards to comments in your video, I don't think sexual age of consent is that weird of an addition given the details to some things if you don't look at it from a Western perspective. Probably more to model child arranged marriages and so on.

Someone said that only in the US it's seen as an uncomfortable topic, which I can agree. Many in the US may feel it's a bad addition, while a lot of others see it as a good addition. I can surely see the point of it, and don't think it's that bad of an addition. But at the same time, it's a bit weird/uncomfortable.
Eversim still adding new features while the current ones remain buggy and the game engine really stucks the game in 15 or 20 years and the map still being a Mercator-projected flat Earth...

I hope we'll get more tweaks to domestic issues. I'd like to see an option to create or delete lower and upper chambers of the parliaments and set a number of parliamentary seats. Having direct control over the change of regime, such as picking a government type (Presidential, Parliamentary, Authoritarian, or Theocratic Republic) instead of going on and off manipulating laws from Parliamentary to Semi-Presidential to get to Presidential, would be a nice touch as well. Changes to the voting display would be extremely nice. I wish we could get a somewhat similar presentation of votes as in the US for countries which are or go for Federal Republic/Federation, that is, you have win regions to get seats in the chambers. A more in-depth control of the currency is probably the feature I wish for the most, though. I'd like to have the option to rename a currency, issue banknotes, strengthen it, or devalue it as I like. Some sort of mission tree or decision tabs would be great too. It could ultimately lead AI-controlled countries to be more proactive in their randomly selected paths. For example, Australia picked the path "Become a Great Power by X", which would require Australia to increase its GDP to reach GDP rank TOP-5. In the event of a failure to deliver results, new elections would be automatically triggered in Australia on that date, as the government would have failed to prove to the voters that it was fulfilling ambitious strategies. Well, I guess we'll see soon what Eversim will offer anyways.

I like this.

Severity of sentences and more LGBT rights laws are good, a lot of these don't sound like they will change much aside from being some flavor laws which is alright.

What would the realistic construction times be? Like 7 years to build a nuclear power plant?

God n Spy needs a LOT more abilities (and those powers not causing the entire game to break) before it can continue being as overpriced as it is. It should either be free, or actually allow almost every aspect of the game to be modified as it would imply. Preferably both.

Thanks for posting these here. I am still not seeing NEARLY enough to justify it being a separate release - there's nothing game-changing here, just a large number of tiny flavor additions and some changes. Sadly I'm gullible enough to buy it anyways if it's better priced for previous owners, probably solely out of the hope that the default scenarios no longer have Covid (realistic or not, it's a headache that distracts from the rest of the game for a while.)

when will it be out in 2024?

Hmmm....seems like eversim really do pulling in few of their cards in their sleeve.
sandplayer Jun 30, 2023 @ 8:20am
Probably some changes will add new mechanics, let's say that a small percentage of soldiers' morale will be with the mechanics of soldiers surrendering
sandplayer Jun 30, 2023 @ 8:21am
I mean soldiers will volunteer to go into captivity
sandplayer Jun 30, 2023 @ 8:23am
And the problematic with migration will be added mechanics of feeling citizens in the country, if the country is scary to live in, then the citizens will flee the country
sandplayer Jun 30, 2023 @ 8:24am
That is, there will be defectors, which adds realism to the simulator, a great example of these mechanics would be the playing for North Korea

I really hope so too, because the game is incredibly bugs, but still this game is the leader in features, and on the release of the game I do not even know, I had a bug when the losses during the riots stupidly did not count
