Hero corruption
Corruption is permanent, or its reset after the game, or the corruption can be cured?

There's a special corruption from the babel scenario that lasts until the scenario ends, but that's probably not what you're talking about.

corruption lasts until ascension, they will be fixed when you start your next run, it can also be 'cured' by leaving them in the slot for 3 minutes and putting up with the debuffs
