That will most likely help, I will check the game again once it releases to see the gameplay
Creates dynamic cps, whilst still allowing the risk reward of fire click chance if greedy.
Something like
1.25cps^x
where x is seconds of current hover
The hover mechanic would solve the, ahem, exploit I may or may not be using to turn everything into farms. Which is the +- on the numpad adjusts game speed allowing you fill up your boosts or get much more "clicks per second". With a hover mechanic you can have it adjustable but tie "clicks per second" to game speed, removing that exploit.
The demo has a stronger bias to clicking since it is the start of the game - which often is more manual oriented for the sole reason of giving players the base incentive for automation.
This would allow a gameplay around those bursts and active selection, while still be locked within the overheating mechanic, and those of us that like our fingers/mice to stay functional does not need extra apps for it.
