I checked every city, but so far I only found that Fryburger's Garage in Novocherkuta sells side skirts, front and rear splitter and sport muffler for the new Mercedes.
Edit: Mercedes doors, hood, engine and wheels are for sale in Kosmodrinsk car parts store.
