Frames of the Poloska , Ludu, ZUA etc. can be moved by either attaching a tow bar to them/your truck , or I believe by lifting them up with a forklift truck (I've never tried this method) My advice would be note the location of frame, go away and buy wheels for said car; fit the wheels, then attach tow bar and tow it to a more convenient location to rebuild/sell
If a frame does not appear interactable and shows no cursor changes/ you cant open the fuel filler flap - its just scenery.
Edit: You can tow a car without wheels, it just bounces a lot on the terrain and may bug out. Easiest is fit wheels and then attach tow bar from the frame's front bumper to your trucks rear axle.
No worries :) My last build was the ZUA , fantastic vehicle for harsh terrain shortcuts/exploration. I love being able to put the roof up and down too!
