Same thing is happening to me, the prompt to burn the stashes doesnt show up and i collected all 7 from previous chapter... Waiting for a fix to be able to advance the story
To burn them you just put a guy on the mark and end your turn it should just set the building on fire. There is nothing to interact with
So if you're seeing this issue for now, closing the game and re-opening it, and restarting chapter seems to fix the issue. I got a continue save of when it is happening, and it seems like it happens when you use a different save slot when saving after chapter 12, and then start the 13 battle. Still trying to narrow it down.
But I confirmed with someone else who was affected their "slot save" was still fine, it was the continue save that didn't have the needed value. So if you do a full close and re-open of the game and hit "Restart Chapter" it should fix the issue. You'll obviously lose any progress you made on the chapter though so I'm really sorry for that inconvenience. :(
I lost CH13 normally this time, with the death of an essential character. "Defeat", says the screen. Annoyed (sorry), I did mash the ESC and Enter keys to try to get back to your main menu again. Upon loading the main menu, your game asked me to SAVE my game. Huh? I have no game to save; I was just defeated. But, sure I'll play along... I save in a new slot.
It is listed as CH14.
Which I have never gotten to.
Curious, I load this weird save, and find a working CH14 save with all my characters at their CH12 XP. This makes sense since I never did CH13.
So, somehow, I bypassed CH13 entirely and got credit for all quests, sidequests, and side objectives.
