Promotion Classes
Promoting unit makes them looks so generic, they don't have their unique look before promotion. Please do something about it.

Hey valentino, thanks for the feedback, and also for supporting the game!

I could potentially add an option to not apply the new class "look" for people who don't want it, but making a custom look for each class on each character would be a bit out of scope for me. I agree it would look really cool though. The materials/coloring of the units should still be persisted to give some customization to each unit even if the promoted classes look similar.

The Option to not apply the new class look actually sounds good. I guess some people wants their character to not look generic? Thank you for the understanding :)

I dunno, promotions is the only how I able to distinguish characters in the first place. Unless I deliberally equip them with different types of weapons.
But option to keep the head unhelmeted will be appreciated.

Thank you both! I'll make a ticket with both these suggestions.
Yeah I must admit it put me off when choosing promoted classes it did not have a cool new look and was blocky. I honestly thought something was wrong with my GPU or was a glitch the first time I saw it haha

Having the promotions happen with such a close up camera angle is probably the design decision I regret the most if I'm being honest. Might look to change it at some point.

I should have just had it be the same camera angle and maybe a little zoomed in because I agree they do not look very flattering close up. They don't look terrible imo, it's just low poly models generally don't have the amount of detail you need if you're going to zoom up close.

I actually liked. I say, it's on player not noticing that models are simplified despite it being oblivious from the first battle.

I didn't mind the generic promotion options until I promoted Illyana to Blademaster (from Hunter) and she ended up bald. A bit of a weird look for her.

Thats why the generic promotions don't work.

Ooof, good find. I think it's to do with disabling the hat, will log that bug. I can only imagine how she looked lol. I don't think she should stay like that in your next chapters though!

Thanks for the kind words valentino! Going to be doing more stability patches and QoL before going into the more cosmetic work, but I'll keep it in mind!

Hey, after finishing this game i would like to applaud you. Turns out this is a solo project, thanks for replying us. I hope you continue to update the game and also do the cosmetic stuffs.
Ultimately it did not ruin my experience or anything dramatic. Just was unexpected and offputting. If you decide you ever want to improve that in future I would love it. But please don't make it a huge priority in big picture

Absolutely, thank you for your understanding. I try to keep all the ideas people suggest organized so I can prioritize them. Not everything people suggest will make it in, but I'll try to get in as much as I have time for. :)
