Missing ONE Collectable & 3rd Kite -- Locations?

I am missing just ONE of the little collectables in the Temple Ruins area.

I've gone up down several times and scoured every corner. Can't find it.

Does anyone remember where any were particularly hidden? Or maybe it's in plain sight and I'm looking too hard.

For the kite, I found the first two really early on and have no clue where the third one is now that I've finished the game.

The Temple Ruins have multiple levels a couple are inside the Temple fly around as you go up. I remember one next to one of the tornadoes on top of a column on the way up. Others on the first level to the right of the main stairs, from there I walked around all the grassy area.

The Kites I found the last two by flying around mostly the south west. I think the last one I found was near the parachute in the forest. That or the Windy Meadow near the Forest. They were both in green areas.

The kite I was missing was near the parachute under a tree (so I couldn't see it sparkling from above).

The collectable was in the room with the tornado.
