In the discord they said the outfit is for everyone. But I can't find it. How can I get it?

that is odd. I am there now on my new save but the only 2 available outfits are the black-green and the blue-yellow ones. And on my full save that I just completed last week there never came up more either.

Yeah the only two available for purchases are the Black Cat and Mom's Clothing (Figure Exclusive).
The rest I believe were kickstarter backer or platform rewards. Including the Surprise Outfit (Pink), Churro Witch Outfit (White/Brown), and Green Witch Outfit (Link).
