Electricity bill, very urgent! Help

When I deliver the electricity bill to Andros, he says he doesn't like bad news and gives me the yellow stamp on delivery. What do I need to do to get the green stamp? Is it possible to repeat this particular mission?

You can get the 5 out of 5 stars achievement with any scripted stamps, as long as you get the rest of the green stamps.

This doesn't influence the 5/5 achievement. There are 2 items the bill and the spark item which doesn't influence the 5/5 achievement. These items are scripted, don't worry.

Roxii, I think it does make a difference, because literally, a split second before I could even start the dialogue to deliver the 'Super Important Spare Part' task, I bumped into something and the item broke. All the other items were delivered without breaking, and I didn't get the achievement. But I played again, more carefully this time, and now the game is 100% complete. Thank you all for your help.

Oh okay, but when the items break you can get them again at the "spawn point" or can't we get a new spark item? Didn't test it.
