Stuck? Try Reviewer Mode in the new Public Beta!

In our pre-release copies we had a cheat hotkey for unlocking all the challenges called "Reviewer Mode". In version 1.01 we upgraded all the input systems to add key binding support and we didn't bother upgrading Reviewer Mode because press copies were all sent out weeks ago and we had made a few of the early challenges easier to let people unlock challenges faster.

The response was immediate! People want Reviewer Mode so we added it back in. It's available in the Public Beta. It's your game, play it your way!

First, get the Public Beta. Just in case my instructions aren't clear I updated the Manual on the Store page with screenshots showing how to do this. You can get the Public Beta through Steam by clicking the gear icon in your library or by right clicking "BangBang PewPew" in your games list.

The choose "Properties". Then "Betas". In the drop-down list choose Public Beta Build. Steam will download a small patch and you're ready to start cheating!.

Inside the Public Beta, at the main screen ("Single Player" "Hot Seat") press shift+R on your keyboard. You'll hear a shot and all challenges will become available in all modes. Enjoy!

Will all new features be added to public betas to try and test before release? I think this is a great idea for those who want an advance look at new features and want to give feedback as long as they are aware that there might be bugs. I am a big fan of Dead by Daylight and they do play test betas for 2-3 weeks before the release of every new major build.

That's the plan! Now that the significant bugs have been crushed we'll have a longer time between official releases. In between, the public beta is the place to look.
