Lol, imagine clowning KI, clueless takes. Thx for the points though, nerd.
I wish everyone to find their favorite fighting game, its such a blast to have one. Now i know how fun is to pull off combos, doing crazy moves its awesome!
Built a dedicated player base, and convince them to buy a inferior version of the game years later. That's the biggest issue i have with fighting game business model. Instead of continuing to build on a already good game like 3rd strike, sf4, and mk9 they scrap the game and start over. You wont find many people who played and enjoyed the older games that think the newer versions of them are better.
Imagine what mk9 or 3rd strike would be like right now if it was supported for over 10+ years?
Gameplay ass too. Clunky ass game.
That's litteraly what Multiversus is.
The difference is that in Smash, the better you become, the better your combo are, you can 3 stock someone if there is really a difference in skill, you can do insane combo by mind game, you have a real edge guard system.
In Multiversus, the better you become, the easier you understand how your enemy play, and in the end, you spam the attack that counter his opening... woaw...
The difference between Smash and Multiversus is why Multiversus is dying, and why it's legit.
In Smash, if you hit someone, then you have an advantage, if you brain his dodge, you keep it, if you grab when he shield, you keep it.
In Multiversus, you both try to attack each other, player A win, the control reset, then another round of attack, player A win, then reset, then A win, then reset, and that's how you win a match.
Playing the little alien rn, it's "fun" when i'm against wonder woman...
I just need to spam normal down, her armor break, she can't do anything, if she try something else, i dodge, then spam this again.
Atleast in Smash bros, they NERF when someone can take the control of the match by playing DEFENSIVE.
In Multiversus, the only way to have the control of the match is by BEING DEFENSIVE.
Tekken feels very outdated.
Only the story was decent.
