How do you "Taunt in PvP"?

I've literally done the taunt animation with Shaggy in the last match to register SOMETHING, yet not. What am I doing wrong?

No, it works anytime and anywhere in the match.

As of the battle pass XP gain increase, I noticed my Harley does not have her default taunt, leaving me with a bunch of Shaggy ? portraits in every taunt slots. When I go look at her taunts, her default taunt is missing but I have her mallet spin taunt.

PFG might have messed with default taunts for them to go missing.

i have two other seperate taunts for harley and neither of them work now

Harley's Emotes are working again and her Default Taunt is back.
