Stuck on Offline Mode

I can't play online, and I can't change this in settings. My internet is fine and I don't know what to do.

I could fix this by deleting the "firstlaunch_save.sav" file then opening the game. This gave me the option to select my age again then it worked.

You go into to window search type %appdata% and u will go to files go to local instead of roaming and scroll to multiversus saved and delete save game or u can
Files>This pc>hardrive/ssd>User>user you are using most of the time your name>appdata>local> multivesus >saveD>then u delete folder name save game also this will delete pre save options like sound and controls

I've had the same error but fixed it by using an American VPN, apparently my region isn't supported yet (Eastern Africa)
