But wherever there is a Finn, there is a bag spinning wildly...
Okay, not true, but those who spam are spamming it ALLLLLL match. This is basically just "don't go near Finn, but also try to win somehow".
Also, projectiles won't work lol.
In other fighting games there is attack priority where the stronger special attack will overpower weaker ones made at the same time. In Multiversus that doesn't happen.
What ends up happening is button mashers are rewarded more than they should be. I'm assuming the lack of attack priority in this game was a choice, but if that was going to be the choice then they should have made sure hitboxes were as accurate as they possibly could be.
Perhaps they will adjust them further, but it's a major issue in general.
Finn isn't the only one who can do this, but he's by far one of the worst examples due to hitboxes while other characters like Garnet seem to have very accurate ones. It's just all over the place. Stuff like that can carry you in a match or just genuinely be unfun to go against when you're out of range visually but get hit anyways.
jump over and slam down on him. Take this from a Finn main now Shaggy main.
Yeah, this is what I try to do mostly. Finn's not the worst to deal w/, but I main Steven who has decent down-air/specials.
Mostly annoying that I can't safely use the platform glide when Finns are around lol.
