So to get this do I need to beat each rift on Easy, Experienced, Crushing & Insanity, all the way up to the Triple Threat rift which I only need to beat on two difficulties?

Will they ever release this skin in the shop?

They probably will put the skin in the shop in Season 2 so people who earned it can show it off first, the only things they haven't sold are certain event badges and banners (I want the Steven and Garnet beach banner but they won't sell it).
