Need help with madness Rifts, I also can help

Hello there, I'm stuck in a couple of madness rifts, I already farmed all I could, obtained cauldrons, but some fights are just impossible due to the level of my gems.

Is "Madness" what the difficulty translates as in your country? I assume you mean Insanity.

I think he is talking about madness, I would have said the same (we are both spanish speakers I guess).

It wasn't Madness, it was Insanity, my game didn't set to english after picking it.

Actualmente solo necesito 3 jefes, y lo máximo que tengo son las gemas rojas al nivel 7, las verdes casi las tengo también. Por lo que tengo entendido, debería pasarme la dificultad locura
