Smash Ultimate has a buffer of 9 frames, Melee has 0 frames, Brawlhalla has 3frames, Rivals of Aether has 6 frames, Tekken has 8 frames, SF6 has 4 frames, Guilty Gear has 4 frames.
I only played Brawlhalla out of those and was fine there. Other than getting stuck in 37 hit combos I can't get out of, which made me glad Multiversus had attack decay in beta, but that's off topic. :D
Haven't had that issue in Multiversus yet. Tough combos sure, but only stuff that makes me try harder. Contrary to Brawlhalla which makes me think I'm up against someone that constantly and exclusively practices executing that specific combo, and as a casual player just looking to play a few rounds every now and then, I'm not gonna bother doing that to be on the same level. Might not be an issue if the matchmaking was good and put me against casual players like me, but alas that wasn't the case when I played.
