Hand_Cannon Help...
I understand everything that is explained until the very end. In this yellow "perk" it says "Smith's gun attacks will only shoot once, but if he has extra ammo, the attack will have a sweet spot at the end." What does that "sweet spot" portion mean?

Also increased knockback which makes him way better at KOs with the perk

It means a smaller portion of the hitbox which hits extra hard.

Ah. So what reason can't that yellow "perk" just say as much? I'm finding lots of instances where phrasing doesn't match the requirements or outcome.

Because the term they use is shorter and easier to parse once you know the meaning.
