People said the same things about Wonder Woman changes, they were necessary in both cases and Joker and Wonder woman are 2 of my most played characters after superman. They were both over-tuned and everyone knew it.

exactly. every single new character will be overtuned, until enough people have coughed up the gleamium and purchased the new character to have an edge, then it gets balanced just in time for the release of the next character..... and the cycle goes.
