Anyone know when the next "Level up" event is?

I've already made a discussion about how terrible an event idea it is to reward progress based on leveling up rather than a combined XP milestone or something across all characters naturally. But until the next of those WW Leveling Up type events hits, I'm rapidly running out of characters to play, because just about every character I have (I do not own them all I just have maybe 16 tops), are approaching their respective level up milestones, some at lower and some at higher levels. This obviously leaves me in a predicament where farming dailies is becoming more and more dangerous since I am doing my best with the handful of remaining characters I have that aren't quite at their next level up milestone, but seriously, the grind in this game is just so demanding that unless one of these "Level Up" events is actually happening, just regular leveling up punishes you in the long term with longer grinds in the future with less rewards. SO I ask again: Does anyone know when the next one is?
