Why arena fighters have the most toxic fanbase? I played a lot of fg, but only in MVS and smash people teabag and spam emote every match, they didnt even win after this sometimes. Quite disrespectful, especially against beginners, they are already feeling bad about the defeat. I know it's crying, but do you really feel superior when you beat others?

Yes, your observation is 100% true, this type of practice is absolutely widespread, transforming the gaming environment into something totally toxic. It really is behavior that only helps to destroy the game, and frankly, I could write several walls of texts to justify this type of disgusting behavior, but I'll sum it up with one simple statement: frustrated virgins! With a mediocre life, they consider themselves superior when they manage to succeed in a virtual game, and then they provoke other players to assert themselves as something they are not in real life.

I just laugh when any Wonder Woman or Bugs Bunny feels the need to t-bag me when I'm playing Reindog, lol.

Since 90% of them are console players, I know they're the type of person who's gonna rage and send anyone on their platform messages making excuses and sending hate when they lose. They almost always do.

Just ignore it and move on. The reason people do it is because it gets attention, and be glad you grew up past the mental maturity of a little child.

what fighting games you playing? ive seen tea-bagging and taunting across multiple street fighter games, multiple KoF games, guilty gear, multiple Tekken games, blazblue, ult marvelvs capcom 3, mortal komb 11, mk1 geras players love that backshot combo, smash ultimate and melee ... heck its most likely ive seen it in every fighter that has online play at all (that ive played). i will give you this though, i see it most frequently in multiversus. regardless of what the taunter/teabagger intentions are, i just laugh at it and move on. in the end its just a game, dont let others ruin it for you. also, when people like to spam their taunts/emotes or teabag, when they see posts like this it only encourages them to do it more.

this game has no chat and talking ♥♥♥♥ in fighting games is kinda a given so people who want to do that only have emote and tbagging as an option.

i remember getting together with friends playing soul calibur no one would talk too much crap but there was defiantly some friendly trash talk among all of us while we all took turns playing against whoever won last match. no one got too salty about it and if someone did they would just switch to their best character or someone else would to shut down the current person that has won multiple times in a row.

I do not see any of that being "toxic" behavior unless someone is actually trying to be mean with what they are saying, in this game no chat so no one can actually try to be mean to you.

This game is ass on so many levels but this definitely isn't the reason why.

if someone teabagging and using a salf emote durning a match is enough for you to stop playing a game i would gladly celebrate you not touching a fighting game again in your life bming your opponent is part of fighting games

its unserious trashtalk why should you care if they spam crouch or salt emote in a video game just beat them and do it back to them there is not even voicechat or text chat in this game to actually have any toxicity so please go back to the mother inspired top down pixel art style that is a Allegory for depression games

Pretty much this. People who BM like to use corny tactics in pretty much every game. They're usually the ones who DC when it doesn't work on you. Fragile egos

Not only should you not let it bother you, but the best solution in every game is get better, then you'll win 80% of the time & they'll be teabagging because they're mad & bad (worse than you).
