Agent Smith is a variant.. its actually gonna be Neo. Calling it now.

It's literally written right on the event at spot 20 that he's a variant. I'm positive the new character is actually gonna be Neo and Agent Smith is a skin variant.

They're all variants I'm pretty sure. "Variants" is just the term used when you're choosing whether you want to play as the default character, or an alternate skin/cosmetic variant. So Smith's probably still his own character.

Check the color for Agent Smith where it says "VARIANT", it's teal. Now go check character select, all characters say "DEFAULT VARIANT" on their main skin and the color is teal. It was a nice theory but Neo has so many more possibilities for moves that wouldn't make sense on Agent Smith.

You're probably right but I'm holding strong. If they didn't make Neo's fighting style too kung fu i think it could work.
