Are the leaderboards accurate?
The experience leaderboards that got added to the "events" tab. I'm asking because apparently I'm in the top 20 which doesn't seen right because I'm not actually good at this game and even though I've been playing it a good amount this week, I know there are people who've played it more.

Yes, but note that each player shares a leaderboard with 49 other players. Which means that there are many leaderboards.

It's not about skill, it's about how much you play

Pretty much. The number doesn't go down if you lose.

The leaderboard is full of bot accounts. The ''players'' on my list got almost no points at all, a ton of them got under 1000 points, which is just a couple of wins? All steam accounts are private accounts named 38271498120549291 or something like that, which new accounts are called or something.

Every single person's steam account is labelled that way. Even if I click on my wife's steam account from within the game it says that. If you click on "Inventory" you can see their name.

When I click View Steam Profile for myself, it doesn't show my profile with numbers, it takes me to my Steam Profile. If I click on others with Steam accounts in my Leaderboard only a few of them are private with just numbers.

Most of those in my Leaderboard are from other platforms. Overall most of the players' Top Played are Banana Guard, Shaggy, and Tom & Jerry.

Funny enough, I didn't realize just how easy it is to win with Shaggy in PvP right now until this event started. I was looking for someone that could win easily, so I went for Harley first. My win rate instantly went up, but then I got bored and decided to try Shaggy.

Since I started playing Shaggy, I've barely lost a match, and I'm playing 2v2 with randoms. It's insane. I thought MMR was still a thing, just hidden, now I'm thinking MMR may truly be gone from the game. Once the "recent win rate" got above 75%, enemies stopped getting better*. Both players on the enemy team get rekt by the kick almost every time. And the few times they don't, it's a 50/50 whether they're going to overreact to me charging, play recklessly, and get caught by a neutral punch to die early anyway.

I thought things were kind of imbalanced since I kept seeing the same characters every game, now I think they're wildly imbalanced since a simple character change is apparently all it takes to make me MLG.

*I don't know this for certain, this is based on what was happening yesterday.

most people really don't have the patience to bait the obvious moves, same hurdle for every fighting game. As far as I can tell there just as many shaggys that can punish bad plays as there are ones that try to charge near the blast zone and die for it.
