ringouts badges ?

hi, i'm wondering if i'm not missing some characters that I unlocked in beta, as apparently it's possible to miss some, and i feel like i had more than i currently do but i'm not sure i can trust my memory.
I do however have ringouts badges for some characters that I don't currently have unlocked, was it possible to unlock ringouts badges for characters you didn't own ? would settle the issue immediately x)

well based on this battlepass u get ringout badges for random characters so..
