Mojo Jojo really locked-out?

I know he's a stage hazard, but there are some VERY suspicious factors:
-Has his show's original VAs and if you noticed so far each VA has their own splash page.
-Is hidden when in his UFO with only an outline (Same thing with Marvin).
-Right at the end of the Townsville trailer says something along "They will soon call this game MOJOVERSUS!" and as the launch trailer showed with the Wonder Woman variants, alternate versions of characters will play a part.
-Given how this season is supposedly villain-based and the PPG are on their way, would be stupid to not have such an iconic and beloved villain as merely a stage hazard.
Maybe in the PPG's trailer it will be revealed the UFO is actually being controlled by a robot/alternate universe Mojo/one of the mutated apes from the movie?
