I made one too about a missing legendary banner from season 2 BP
That was how I interpreted it as well. thought it was making my fresh Steam account the main account and bringing everything over to steam. on their FAQ website it is worded much better and a little more clear then it is during the actually merging of accounts page. pretty stupid if you ask me. esp since it seems like some people just button through it i read.

Still no response from the ticket I opened launch day at about 9am
I'm also wating for warner bros to answer to my report.

I made a ticket on the day of release, just heard back today.
"sorry we have no record of you playing the beta. we are closing this ticket now"
absolutely 0 help. when I have proof and evidence including financial statements, steam metrics, screenshots, the whole 9 yards PROVING i played during the beta and had items that are missing.
this is CRIMINAL. 0 RESOLUTION. 100 DOWN THE DRAIN WE PAID FOR 2 YEARS AGO. THIS IS UNBELIEVEABLE.
