Carried progress over and lost everything.
I carried my progress to PC from PS5 and lost all of my cosmetics and characters. My stats are still there however. Has anybody experienced or maybe even fixed this? Or is this intentional?

this just happened to me as well. i went to play on Steam for the first time today and upon log in it ask to link accounts and pick a platform to move forward with. It was worded poorly and not obvious that it was asking what stats and unlocks from old platform to bring. so it deleted all the stuff related to PS5 account when i clicked the steam account because I'm on steam. but in reality it was picking my Steam unlocks to move forward and not all my progress from PS5

Happened to me as well. Allowing for the deletion of progress and purchases on a live service game with no story is damn near predatory.

the amount of tickets they must be received is probably insane.... will take some time.

I made one too about a missing legendary banner from season 2 BP

yea i sent it pretty early on yesterday morning so hopefully sometime today.

I lost all my stuff too their page for syncing is worded in a really confusing way when they said are you sure you want to make this your main account I thought they meant that this would be the only PS account I can link it with not that it would make my PS account the primary and delete all my steam character tokens free battle pass and currency gifted, if you guys find a solution please let me know it’s so frustrating

That was how I interpreted it as well. thought it was making my fresh Steam account the main account and bringing everything over to steam. on their FAQ website it is worded much better and a little more clear then it is during the actually merging of accounts page. pretty stupid if you ask me. esp since it seems like some people just button through it i read.

"What is game consolidation, and how does it work?
When you are connecting to your WB Games account on a new platform, you may have different game progression from another platform. If there is conflicting game progress on your account, you will be prompted to choose which game progress to keep, with stats shown to help you decide. To take advantage of cross-progression, you must choose one game progress to continue with. Please proceed with caution. Once you confirm, this consolidation can not be undone."

Still no response from the ticket I opened launch day at about 9am

I sent in a ticket for the exact same issue and I’m also waiting for a response back, I’ve never encountered an issue like this with any other game service so it’s frustrating especially when I’ve spent god knows how much on the game only to lose it all in a moment, I just buttoned through without reading and I’m so upset at myself

Same thing happend to me.
I'm also wating for warner bros to answer to my report.
If one of y'all got a response please let me know, I'd appreciate it a lot.
I literally 10min before this happened spend 10€ on my account.

i am also missing items i purchased, alot of items

I made a ticket on the day of release, just heard back today.

"sorry we have no record of you playing the beta. we are closing this ticket now"

absolutely 0 help. when I have proof and evidence including financial statements, steam metrics, screenshots, the whole 9 yards PROVING i played during the beta and had items that are missing.

this is CRIMINAL. 0 RESOLUTION. 100 DOWN THE DRAIN WE PAID FOR 2 YEARS AGO. THIS IS UNBELIEVEABLE.
