Ok, turns out the threadmaker is wrong as their twitter says it will be released 6PM UK time, not 5 .. thus meaning 7 for the remainder of EU

My bad.. turns out looking at the person making the post was bad as he wrote it down wrong and I went by his times.
TMultiverse themselves said 5 PM UTC which is 6 PM UK time and thus 7 PM rest of EU, so yep.. you were correct
