Logging in everyday and completing all missions is not enough to complete battle pass.
Just noticed if you miss one daily challenge or one weekly challenge the culmination bonus rolls over. Meaning if you miss one weekly mission you can only earn 7 weekly mission bonuses instead of eight. if you miss one daily mission you can only recieve 6 culmination bonuses a week.

It may not seem like much but if you don't log in every day, or have the character needed to finish a mission, this will greatly extend the time it takes you to complete the battle pass.

7 weekly missions a week = 750xp per mission with a 2,500xp culmination bonus.
3.8 battle pass levels per week if you don't miss.

dailies are .75 battle pass levels per day if you don't miss a mission.

6 training missions 3 for 200xp and 3 for 400 = 1,800 a week .9 battle pass levels per week
5.45 levels per week if you don't miss

51 missions require 2,000 as far as we know that's where the battle pass is capped
That's 9.35 weeks to complete the battle pass starting at level 20

missing one mission may not seem like a lot but it will greatly impact that.

They expect people to pay for the battle pass then not give them any viable way to complete it without spending money or playing the game like it's a full time job.

Before I get comments about special events. The xp gained from events is so minimal they only add about one battle pass level per event. Look at topdog. first place only gets 2,000xp

false I have gotten every single chance for bp (Aside from top dog) and I am already near rank 30 from launch there is PLENTY of time to get the entire battle pass just doing Dailies weeklies some events. I do not grind for bp either in pvp. I legit only play for like 2 and a half to maybe 3 hours a day and its easily clearable just doing that. You realize its not just 1 month but 2 now right? There is still about over 40 days to do this.

This game has issues in various aspects but completing the battlepass casually is not one of them.

Do you do rifts?
This was about just mission xp, and it's not false the math works out.
Laharl Jun 11, 2024 @ 5:13pm
I do rifts yes as they become available. I probably exaggerated the 3 hours a day thing its more like 1 or less when just doing dailies. 2 Hours to 3 is when a new rift opens and I am just doing all the difficulties in one go. Another thing to keep in mind is they have login events to give BP as well I am pretty sure the "Welcome back Login" gave a bunch of BP throughout it.

I can see where that confusion comes from saying I played that long without grinding. Understandable my bad. I was trying to make a point that the pass can be cleared with casual play they do not actually expect you to grind to clear the thing with 10 BP each win lol.

The point of my post is you can't complete battle pass with missions alone.
Laharl Jun 11, 2024 @ 5:19pm
If thats the case it will be made up with login events or what have you. so it might as well be completeable with just missions.
Eudicots Jun 11, 2024 @ 5:23pm
I am at lvl 32 on the battlepass and if the first season is expected to end on July 23 then you do not have to complete every mission. However, you will for sure have to complete the majority of missions. My guess would be close to 75% of all missions available from launch till the end.

The good news is that none of that matters because the game is going to be dead in less than a year anyway.

Weekly missions don't disappear if you don't do them (though I don't know if there's a max limit you can hold).

Currently still have a Joker Bazooka missions I've had for 2 weeks now. Some more unfortunate people have like... 5 of them, but they just sit there until presumably the end of the season or until completed.

At least it gives you time to get Joker I guess?

I saw your prior calculation post, and I'm pretty certain it was wrong.

Here again, this appears to be wrong, if what I think you are saying is correct. The bonus rolls over to the next week, yes, but if you do more than the max missions, it'll let you start the next set of 7. So if you do 6 missions a week, and then do the 7th next week plus 6 more, you will once again be one away from getting the weekly bonus.

The mission rolls over but the culmination starts at 0 every week. I noticed that when the new weeklies posted. My previous calculations were wrong. I thought the culmination rewards rose consecutively everyday but they don’t. I overestimated how much xp missions give per week.

The whole season pass still takes 117k xp to complete if levels 2-4 take 500xp each.

As it stands now, casuals have no chance at completing the battle pass.

Actually, if you spend 0 minutes per day on this game and get 0 xp per day in this game, you actually win because you can spend your time and money on better games.

Yes, or technically any other characters like Rick/Morty, and seen a Steven Universe daily... etc.

That said, I don't really care about the battlepass and fully completing it. The only thing I care about is the Reindog skin (as a Reindog main) and Fighter currency/gleamium rewards.

...Maybe I should care about the other skins though since the rift apparently requires premium skins to complete some of the challenges because some suit-wearing exec thought that was a good idea and totally won't cause people to leave in droves. Wouldn't be surprised if down the line, some rift or event mission requires the uber Jason skin or some ♥♥♥♥.

They are probably doing the same thing they did in the beta. They add a bunch of missions in the last 2 weeks so people can finish the BP (which is very dumb). I think they should just let the dailies pile up for a week, so if you cannot play let's say monday-friday and you play on saturday,-sunday you can still get all the xp and rewards.

the desperation to keep the players inside this doodoo game is BIIIIIIIG
