I reached Account Level/Tier 15 (NOT battlepass) and the reward for Level/Tier 15 of account progression is 1,500 fighter points. I did not receive these points upon reaching level 15, so where is the menu to claim the rewards?

Same. The rewards appear at the end of the game, but you never receive them, nor did I manage to find the appropriate menu.

Same thing happened to me, but I saw someone on Reddit say that when they quit out of the game and restarted it their Fighter Tokens showed up in their total. And it worked for me as well.

I quit out the game, came back in and got my points when that happened.
