There isn't. There's a third party driver to get a GC controller to work on PC with an adapter but it completely ♥♥♥♥♥ up other controllers drivers in the process. You're better off getting switch pro controller that's shaped like a GC controller

Try using the steam controller support(in the steam option/controllers) and activate it for the game in your library.
idk if your controller will be recognised but it's worth a try.

Zadig doesn't normally do that, it only upgrades the USB driver for the specific device you choose.

Regardless, this game quite literally has a file named "GamecubeSupport.dll" in a "GamecubeControllerSupport" folder so it seems like this is something that they've worked on. Unfortunately, I have no idea how or if it works at this current time.

Why would you expect it to have native GameCube support?

There is a switch pro controller that is modeled after the Gamecube. If you want to play on PC with that controller style then that will be your best option since switch pro controllers are supported.

You don't need a GC controller authentically you can get a modern controller with the same button layout on Amazon

It's a Smash clone and playing Smash is commonly associated with using a GC controller, particularly in the competitive/eSports scene. If that answer doesn't satisfy, just consider the fact that the MultiVersus devs are already working on it.

No, we get that. Or at I assume anyone willing to come to these forums would

Even then the strange idea that a Steam game on PC would use a 25 year old controller..
