The thing is, i just went 0-2 against him, knocked him down (he had 160 hp) but because of his ability he ported back behind me, HE LITERALLY WAS UNDER THE ZONE.

I full Charge my Hammer with Bugs Bunny on a 140HP Banana Guard and he literally tanks it but then he runs at me with a non charged rush and shoots me out of space when i had 70

Thats either Shaggy who's very strong or Finn thats terrible, but I personally never had problem against Jason as a Shaggy player

If he truly was out of the Map he would have died. Seems like you just pushed him off instead of launching him at 200%, otherwise he couldn't have used any moves.

If he does not have the Perk that teleports him behind you, he's traveling a certain distance in the direction he's facing. After a quick test without the Perk, he can't teleport back on stage.
Don't know what to tell you, i'm playing Joker right now, and never had trouble staying alive at ~80 against him and was able to ring him out after getting him to around 70 and then doing a basic combo.

The problem you're having is either Server Lag / Desynchronization or like Mimmi said:
skill issue.

i used my down swing hammer on him, he literally flew at a speed of 30000km/h out the map and still came back behind me.
