Do you think this game is better than Smash Ultimate and Brawlhalla?
It for sure at least beats brawlhalla.

Smash Ultimate>MultiVersus>Brawlhalla
Brawlhalla sucks
Though I believe MultiVersus could top Smash Ultimate because It'll continue to get updates

Smash is bottom by default because the online is unplayable. I dislike how generic Brawl is, so MVs takes the top for me.

If Ultimate was free, on all platforms and had rollback I think 99% would play it.

Way better than Brawlhalla, but still too floaty to compete with smash for me.

People would move move to smash ultimate if it was on pc at least. Its just the better game. Too bad we got to deal with craptendo and their exclusive nonsense.

Nintendo could make so much cash with opening themselves to other platforms.

MV fighting mechanics are very basic compared to smash ultimate, it's kind of disappointing.

You're not very proficient with the reading are you? I said Rivals of Aether TWO. That game isn't coming out for a couple of years yet, so unless you have a time machine... I can't really take your word for that.

yea i know but rivals of aether 2 is probably just gonna be the same game as the first one but with more characters and maybe a couple better mechanics, multiversus is gonna be one of those games that releases content for years, similar to fortnite and those type of games

Idc for brawlhalla, but better than SSBU ? Definitely. As of now physics allow for crazy combos in 1v1, and sick actions in teams. Now, will it be played more than SSBU ? It has its chances, Warner Bros is a very huge name, so you can be sure there will be support for the game as long as possible, with a lot of franchises to choose characters from. To be honest SSBU's only appeal is the characters and 8 party mode for playing with friends. At "high" level play SSBU is mostly random because of the buffer and the way it's been made, which is exactly why Melee will always hold a market share that other smashlike games couldn't even dream of. MVS ticks a lot of boxes on the successful chart while it's not even officially out and people are not even scrapping the surface of what this game can offer lol

To be completely 100% honest, I have my issues with Brawlhalla too, but it's fighting system is 1000% more superb and flawless compared to this.

I'm literally not even trying to bash on this game but it's complete trash compared to most fighting games and it's broken as hell, combos don't land, it's slow as hell, the menu is glitchy as hell and the netcode is horrible which makes the already broken combat system more broken unless you're on some premo connection.

Also the fact that they are trying to actually register this as a fighting game when it's more of a fighting game hybrid spinoff is quite baffling, this is not a pure fighting game, nor should it be registered as one.

I would probably hold my tongue if I were you, you really seemed to shoot the gun too quick on this one because in the state of MVS right now, it really is f***ing garbage.

And yes, I have played plenty to give it a chance and I am also a founders pack holder on 2 accounts.

I have easily, EASILY spent likely more than $400 or so on Brawlhalla over the last 1-2 years on this account, and I will continue to support them over games/companies such as this, because they continue to develop a fighting game to make it fun, fair and equal for all players looking to play a real fighting game that isn't breaking out of the bounds turning it into, not a fighting game.

Both are fantastic. This offers a different style of combat that I find fun in a different way. I doubt I would ever load this up on a couch with friends when I have Ultimate or for a goofy fun time, Nickelodeon ASB but this rocks for web play with friends and feels like it has the same but different level of competitive than smash and way more than NASB could ever.

Let's wait for project L reveal. It will probably steal all the spotlight.
