Nerfing taz makes it hard for new players
Taz was the easiest character to learn and win with. Why would devs do that to new players?

pre-nerf Taz was a crutch, if this was CoD he would be the noobtube of the game.

the Devs just happen to remove it.

I hope you never become a game developer, you have zero sense of balance... Taz is a one trick pony, his kit needs a buff and the tornado needs a nerf in order to compensate that because believe it or not the attack is one of the strongest in the game
then why is not taz in top 30 in 2v2 or 1v1?
Probably for the same reason I stated, the rest of his kit needs work... <sighs> people don't read.

Yikes
Spamming is a valid strategy not all new players want to sit and learn every combo. Some people are casual maybe play for few hours a week

Who said anything about learning every combo? Lol trying to counterpoint with an extreme doesn't invalidate anything i said. You can be casual and play like you have more then one brain cell

You realise you can spam with every hero which is way stronger than D tier taz? If i wanted i could get into top 500 just by spamming shaggys kicks vs noobs and i guarantee it's 10x stronger than any taz.

If you're so certain that will get you to top 500 then do it, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ talk is cheap.

Also.... WHAT does that have to do with my point? lol spamming still isn't learning anything

Lol, i'm actually in top 300 global atm. I wouldn't write that if I weren't into competitive gaming
It has to do because you bash taz for being spammy when you can spam better with almost anything else

They weren't learning anything though. In fact it was probably inhibiting their chance at learning the game.

Taz wasn't being learned though. Taz was being a one-move spammer and nothing more. Nerfing Taz isn't going to hurt new players, just lazy players.

Top 300 in what exactly? A snip would be nice. Although regardless the statement was with ONLY the shaggy kick

And so you're arguing something that wasn't the point? Again we're talking about people "learning" by spamming the same move
Dizzly Jul 27, 2022 @ 6:23am
Im happy that they nerfed it, now i can finally main my favorite char taz and not be seen as a noob!

2v2, anyway it doesn't matter what rank i am. If someone wants to spam let em spam, nothing wrong about it, even at higher levels with some moves that are spammable. If someone gets beaten by a blatant spammer he should keep quiet and be ashamed of himself instead of crying about spam.

That.... that was a pretty elitist statement at the end there, quiet & ashamed of themselves? lol

Look i 100% agree with the core foundation of beating out spam with skill & knowledge. But you need to keep in mind, people like me and you who take time to lab and research are in the vast minority.

Now i'm not excusing the SUPER BAD people who aren't doing basic things like dodging, but a casual shouldn't have to be expected to actually get good to deal with something as basic as spam. If you were losing 1v1s vs taz spam ( for example ), then I'd say that was million percent you just being bad. But adding another person into the mix adds a new layer and ultimately enables spam more. 2v2 is this game's main mode

Casuals are the vast majority of audiences with games. We should be wanting them to enjoy the game just as much as high(er) level players. Brain dead spam that gets easy wins goes completely against that. Frankly pub stomping characters / moves are never healthy for the game as it deters the masses.

bro relies on pressing 2 buttons to learn how to play a game lmfao

How is that elitist? I was brawlhalla player and the chat there was infested with kids crying "spammer" when you used a move more than twice. I was talking about that people.
Sure im about reworking taz since he's useless at decent level bit as I said, literally 90% of heroes could be spammed to reach top x since most players will always be low skilled.

If you don't see how telling someone they should be QUIET AND ASHAMED for losing in a video game is being elitist. You got some self reflecting to do man lmao. No amount of words from a stranger on the internet is gonna make you see that. That's all imma say on that matter
