Periodical frame rate drop/stutter.

What is the problem with this game to have performance problems?
Is there some graphical option that should be disabled etc? For better performance?

Having the same problem, happens only to this game.
Most probably it's a server related thing, it's really slow to load data for a lot of players on different forums.
The winter update made it really heavy to load for some weird reason, graphics have little to no impact on the performance for me.

Same issue here since the snow. Sucks because the winter in the zone is one of my favorite things this time of year.

Guys check if you have V-Sync enabled.
In my case disabling V-Sync in game options and enabling RTSS frame sync somehow made frame drops way less noticeable as it does not dip to like 50-55 FPS like with games V-Sync.

Well... Some stutters and frame drops cannot be fixed. As I noticed, huge problem is that there is to many players on server and that is causing frame drops.

Yeah this must be the problem because I never use V-Sync in any game, so must be a server related problem.
