A red clue mission (bandit)

Seems like after the new X update or whatever the quest items for the red clue have been changed and after obtaining Entry from Captain Selyanov's Journal it says that he is hiding in a house south-east from the central square. I have been searching for the next note from 6 hours and still nothing. Anyone have any idea where is it ?

i figured it out, they changed the text on the note you get from the bus stop at the tunnel, but the next clue isn't south-east. its in its original spot. so if you look up the quest on youtube, it's there. so dumb that i spent 2 hours trying to figure this out
