How to sell a backpack from an enemy to the enemy?

Just mail it to them, or don't pick it up to begin with. Auctioning barter material bags is not worth it when you don't know which of the items is valuable, and since you clearly don't, you're just going to be another Lost Backpack listing clogging up the auction house.

You need to move on to Scrapyard before you can send or sell the backpacks as there are no courier and auctioneer NPCs in the Swamps.

Also it's just a ♥♥♥♥ move at a certain point... as soon as i got to veteran gear i always send the backpack via mail. Grinding the materials is hard enough.. no need to make it even harder. But.. currently even stalkers are selling backpacks to other stalkers... so... yeah...

I wouldnt feel too guilty about it, the swamps grind is quick and easy, they'll get their barter items easily enough. I used to save the backpacks in my storage to send back later but by the time I send them back the other player has also moved on to the next area so its just a waste of time... not picking up is probably your best option really.

Why... would you wait befor sending them back...?! That's just dumb... of course people move are done with swamp within the first few hour. Why dont you just send it back when you get back to base?! That's just dumb af...

in the beginner zone (swamp) you can't send it back, there is no Mail-NPC sadly.
But stuff is so easy to get that you dont need to feel bad if you took the backpack by accident.

As soon as you reach Garages you get access to a Mail-NPC and sent it back to them :)
