Distress calls not working properly

the distress call events are broken. in the pda tells that you need only one for complete te mission, but the merchant still needs two for give the rewards. and when you do one distress call the others don't drop the documents

Worked fine for Duty/frontier also
Single distress call, single document, quest complete.

im in mercs too. yesterday wasn't working. today i had no problems, i don't know if they fixed it or it was just a random bug

the issue appears to be when the quest is taken from a premium slot (the ones that let you choose your reward). Had no issues with the quest on a standard quest slot, but it broke on a premium one.

As a followup, I got the premium version of the quest again and can confirm it is only the premium version of this daily that is bugged.

This makes it more frustrating because the people affected are the ones who threw money at them.
